When you’re not on a leg, all currently available legs are shown on the map. Visit any of the GPS checkpoints to start a leg. You can zoom and pan the map to explore all your options.

During a leg, you’ll see various checkpoints on the map. New ones will appear as you progress. Tap on a checkpoint to view more details. You can activate any of them — blue checkpoints can be activated directly on the screen, while purple pins indicate GPS-based checkpoints.

Different challenges on the legs

  1. The types of challenges on each leg can vary depending on the setup. Also points earned can vary. A typical examples of the challenges are given below:
    1. Local Task (400 points): Use the clues to find specific locations and answer questions related to them.
    2. Cooperation task (180 points): You need to use 4 other mobile devices to solve a puzzle. Fast answer earns more points.
    3. Revealing image (120 points): Recognize a city or country based on additional clues given. Fast answer earns more points.
    4. Well-being question (100 points): Answering a well-being-related question designed by the UKK Institute correctly earns 100 points.

Symbol chains

One of the game’s exciting features is collecting symbol chains by successfully completing challenges at the checkpoints.

There are symbols at the game’s checkpoints. If the team completes a challenge successfully enough, they receive the symbol of that checkpoint. By forming chains of symbols, teams earn bonus points.

Teams must always pay attention to the types of symbols available at the checkpoints and the order in which they should complete them to form valuable symbol chains.

A two-symbol chain awards the team 300 bonus points.

A three-symbol chain awards the team 600 bonus points.

Leg bonus points and game levels

You get additional bonus points from each leg based on how well you play it.

To achieve a BRONZE LEVEL (=300 points) on the leg, the team needs to answer 2 questions correctly.

To achieve a SILVER LEVEL (=600 points) on the leg, the team needs either 4 correct answers to the questions or one 2-symbol chain.

To achieve a GOLD LEVEL (=900 points) on the leg, the team needs either 6 correct answers to the questions or one 3-symbol chain.

Additionally, you earn game level points as follows:

Gold Level: +3 level points
Silver Level: +2 level points
Bronze Level: +1 level point

By performing well in the legs, you advance to higher game levels.

Each new game level you reach in the game awards you 1,200 points.

The game level points required to advance to higher levels:

  • Bonus Level 1: 4 level points
  • Bonus Level 2: 8 level points
  • Bonus Level 3: 12 level points
