Here’s how to play the Move & Solve break game:<\/strong><\/p>

  1. The game usually consists of 40 challenges. The tasks are given to teams in a random order.<\/li>
  2. Teams can complete challenges throughout the day, such as during breaks.<\/li>
  3. For each challenge, the team can first move 100 meters outside (= 20 extra points), in any direction. Moving outside can also be skipped (= 0 points).<\/li>
  4. Then, the team is given a task worth 100 points, which could be your own task, a work well-being question, or a question on any other chosen topic.<\/li>
