Outdoor Bingo combines outdoor activity, game luck, and strategy in a way never seen before.
In this unique mix of a full 75-ball bingo and trivia, teams earn their chosen bingo balls by physically moving to the location of the virtual ball. The faster teams complete 1-line, 2-line, and full-card bingos, the more bonus points they earn. The team with the highest total score at the end wins.
Outdoor Bingo is perfect for refreshing and energizing group members through outdoor activity while also promoting teamwork. It can be a great activity before or after a meeting to get everyone engaged.
This bingo is played in a completely new way! Teams will catch virtual bingo balls while moving outdoors and try to form bingo lines. The team needs to follow the balls that appear on the game area map and match them with their bingo cards. Importantly, two consecutive balls can also be added together to form a valid bingo line. The objective is to form bingo lines as quickly as possible!
The game can be organized for all teams at the same time, or alternatively, teams can play at their preferred time (the game is available throughout the day).
In the simultaneous play version of the game, the first team to form 1 line, 2 lines, and a full bingo card will receive a bonus.
In events where teams play at their chosen times, all players earn bonus points for the bingo lines they complete, with points awarded based on the time taken to complete them.
This format offers flexibility and the chance to tailor the experience depending on the event’s schedule!
The recommended duration of the game is 45-60 minutes.
The game is typically organized as a single session without breaks. It can be played at the beginning or end of the day, depending on your schedule.
Alternatively, if teams prefer, the game can be made available throughout the day, allowing them to complete it at their convenience.
This flexibility ensures that the game fits smoothly into the flow of your event!
This adaptability makes it an ideal choice for a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to massive conferences or festivals.
The game starts quickly.
At the beginning of the game, participants are divided into teams of 2-4 people. The team division can also be planned in advance.
Each team needs one mobile device to join the game by entering a team name. The game can also be played individually, rather than in teams.
The game board initially spawns 15 balls immediately, and after that, a new ball is drawn at regular intervals.
Teams grab their desired balls by simply moving to the location of the ball. If the value of the ball is found on their bingo card, the team marks it on their card. The ball’s value is also saved for the sum of two consecutive balls.
The representative of the client group has access to a real-time results link, where they can view the points earned by teams as well as the game’s statistics. The results link is also available after the event day.
