OUTDOOR BINGO - STARTING INSTRUCTIONS

Before the event

  • Make sure you have the JOIN CODE that you received for your activity.

  • Make sure participants’ phone batteries are as fully charged as possible. This helps ensure smooth participation and reduces the risk of interruptions.

  • It is recommended that all participants install the free ActionTrack app (Google Play / App Store) on their phones before the event.

  • You can decide whether each participant plays on their own phone (individual play) or whether teams of 2–3 people share one phone. If you play in teams, you may also plan the team composition in advance.

Event – short introduction

Dear participants, a warm welcome to the Outdoor Bingo game! Before we get started, we need to do the following:

  • All individual players and/or teams install the ActionTrack app (Google Play / App Store).

  • Download the game using the join code.

  • Teams download the game on only one shared phone.

  • Enter the desired player name (for an individual or for a team).

  • Read the game instructions.

Players / teams will first see the game instructions and then stop at the “WAIT!” screen. When I say “Go!”, everyone taps the “Continue” button and the game time begins.

BRIEFLY ABOUT THE OUTDOOR BINGO ACTIVITY

Instructions for the game itself

You will see your own 5×5 bingo card on the map. Zoom and move the map view to find it.

At the very beginning, there are already 15 balls in the game area. New bingo balls are drawn at regular intervals and appear somewhere on the map.

To mark a number on your card, you must collect a ball that corresponds to a number on the card. You need to move to the ball to collect it. You can tap the ball icon on the mobile device screen to see the exact circular area you need to reach.

Please note that the sum of the last two balls you collected also counts. For example, if you collect balls 10 and 7 and your card has the number 17, you will get a mark for number 17.

Each collected ball earns 10 points, and each mark on the card earns 50 points.

Completing one row earns 500 points, two rows earn 1,000 points, and a full card earns 2,000 points.

In addition, bonuses are awarded to the 10 fastest players or teams for each type of bingo:

  • One row: 50–1,000 points (the fastest earns 1,000 points)

  • Two rows: double bonuses (the fastest earns 2,000 points)

  • Full card: triple bonuses (the fastest earns 3,000 points)

The player or team with the highest total score wins!
